- Natalie has over twenty years of experience in the mortgage, insurance, accounting, and homeowners association industries.
- Natalie is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). The state of Illinois requires that all HOA property managers obtain this certification as well as obtain continuing education so that they can keep apprised of any changes in laws and policies.
- Our price is all inclusive, except for any out of pocket costs, which is primarily postage. Most other property management companies will charge for items like sending letters and providing information to title companies. We strongly feel that an HOA should not be nickel-and-dimed.
- We are present in your community. We are in close proximity to all of our HOAs, and we pride ourselves in being available to them.
- We have a small client base, which allows us to keep personal relationships with all of our HOAs.
